We accept referrals from prisons, hostels, homeless centres, local drug agencies, the Council, churches, the refugee migrant centre or directly from tenants themselves.
You can either call us directly on 07910757392 or complete the referral form and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Referral Process
Once we have reviewed the application form we will get in touch to meet the tenant. We then have two meetings:
- The first is an informal meeting to chat with the potential tenant
- At the second meeting our Empowerment Worker will discuss and complete a needs, risk and strengths assessment form with the tenant.
If the tenant passes the interviews then we will show him/her the home.
Once they are in a Hope into Action: Black Country home, we can help them to live independently, sort out their tenancies, help with benefits, work with other agencies, try to get them employment etc
